Great CrossFit shoe, especially if running.
I have worn these shoes for 1 WOD so far & they felt very comfortable (wall balls + toes to bar). I think they would be especially terrific if a WOD involved running. I have had Nano 2.0s and Nano 3.0s, and I love my Nano 3.0s. The CrossFit Sprints fit slightly differently--the heel feels bit looser and the toe box not as loose. My Nano 3.0s have another lace hole around the heel area and I wish these shoes had the same optional use shoelace holes.
The shoes feel very comfortable and I think that they ail have good durability because they feel very solid & well made. Unfortunately it's too early to tell for sure. However I would buy another pair of these.

Very Comfortable, Stylish Great for WODs w/Running
I just ordered this & wore this zip shirt for the running part of my warm up before the WOD today. It was perfect for the 50 degree weather and would be good for even cooler weather. I usually wear a size small but ordered a medium, after trying a friend's shirt on, and I'm glad I did. The medium size fits a bit loosely, which makes it easier to take off during a WOD. It's loose but not too loose. I also received several compliments on how it looked today. But even more importantly, it was super comfortable and had a very durable feel to it. I'm pretty sure that this will wind up being one of my go to pieces, especially since the weather is getting cooler.

Introducing the Nano 3.0, our most versatile training shoe ever constructed. The evolution continues with a Dual Density platform that provides the perfect combination of forefoot cushioining and heel stabilization. We added more flexibility and protection to the outsole with Metasplit grooves and RopePro wraps on the medial and lateral sides. We carried the innovation into the upper with a new DuraCage construction for the ultimate in protection and lightweight support. Now, you are ready to take on the toughest workouts.

Loved the Nano 2.0s, Really Love the Nano 3.0s!
I've been doing CrossFit for a year now usually 4x or 5x a week, and I own 2 pairs of the Nano 2.0s. After the 3.0s came out, several athletes at my box were raving about them, so I ordered a pair. The Nano 3.0s made an already great shoe even better. The only thing I did not like about the 2.0s was the lack of cushioning for running--the 3.0s fix that., but they don't feel too cushiony. They also seem to have a bit more room in the toe box, and that is a plus for me.
The shoes also run true to size--the same size I wore in the 2.0s (5.5) is perfect in the 3.0s. And even though looks is not a major criteria (comfort, support & durability are), I like the looks. I ordered the blue & yellow to remind me of my alma mater, University of Pittsburgh--not quite the same shade of blue & gold, but it works for me :-).
I will definitely be buying another pair!
