Shake up your routine with the Reebok ONE Boardshort. The PlayDry technology wicks moisture, while the fitness-focused leg graphic adds high impact style. Fit it out with a lightweight tee and eye-catching footwear.

great WOD shorts
Great for WODs, only reason i gave it a 4/5 is due to being a little loose. They're super comfortable board-style shorts, but I have to pull them up (maybe even roll the belt line) when I do KBS in order to avoid splitting the crotch. The stretch is great for squats, box jumps, running/rowing, etc., just have to be careful on those KBS!

The next generation Reebok CrossFit Nano 2.0 is here! You the community have asked for more flexibility and breathability while maintaining stability in your footwear. The same low profile platform balances cushioning and low-to-ground feel so you can stay quick, safe and comfortable through even the toughest WODs.

Solid shoe
They are a bit clunky, but great for crossfit workouts where you're jumping, lifting, shorter runs, climbing ropes, rowing, etc.... I like the oly lifting compatibility... they're not lifting shoes, but you can do some lifting in these on WODs w/o having to change out shoes. Maybe not the shoes for a PR or heavy oly work/ladders, but they work for AMRAPs and standard WODs. Buy a half size smaller than normal (I've worn a 10.5 for years, had to have a 10 in these).

Introducing the Nano 3.0, our most versatile training shoe ever constructed. The evolution continues with a Dual Density platform that provides the perfect combination of forefoot cushioining and heel stabilization. We added more flexibility and protection to the outsole with Metasplit grooves and RopePro wraps on the medial and lateral sides. We carried the innovation into the upper with a new DuraCage construction for the ultimate in protection and lightweight support. Now, you are ready to take on the toughest workouts.

Not what I had hoped for...
Look great and were fairly comfortable. Great WOD shoes for the oly stuff, but I thought the plastic cage around the shoe was uncomfortable on short runs/sprints and box jumps. They run a little large, as I usually wear a 10.5, but a 10 fit perfectly. They are also a bit heavy, but that wasn't really a bad thing. I returned them and am going to get a pair of Nano 2.0s.
