Hands down, best "cross-trainer" ever
Was using my brooks for teaching BodyCombat and was getting EXTREME pain in my heels and Achilles (as I should be, considering I needed a cross-trainer and NOT a runner). So I searched and searched all the big name brands (Brooks, Asics, Saucony, Nike, etc) for a cross-trainer. Aside from a Nike (which I am not a fan of) no one seemed to offer what I needed. I came across the AWESOME reviews for this Crossfit shoe and figured, hey- with all the plyo-jumping and heavy lifting and HIIT like moves of Crossfit, why wouldn't these shoes work for my Combat class (MMA inspired cardio)? The MOMENT I busted these shoes in class, my pain disappeared and I was able to give 100%. They provided such amazing relief for my podiatry problems, that I even began using them in the dance classes I teach and in every day casual wear. I LOVE THEM!!!!!! The only complaint I have is that over time they have seemed to stretch out a bit, but I'm sure an easy solution is to just drop a half size since I like my shoes tight. The laces are also quite a bit long so that I have to double knot them.

BEST shoe for dance cardio
I teach/take dance cardio classes several times throughout the week. I often buy a lot of Nike mid/hi-tops solely for look and additionally for the smooth sole (ability to turn, slide, etc). I find these (Nike) shoes are often too heavy, bulky, and stiff. They leave my feet feeling pretty unpleasant. These Reebok dance shoes are quite the opposite. They are SOOOO light, yet give me the support I need to jump, turn, twist, etc. I like my sneakers tight and form fitted around the foot but with a more loose tongue area. These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have found for dancing. They also so happen to be the most functional for serious dancers and/or dance instructors, and well, anyone who wants to move! The colors are amazing too! I bought three pair to coordinate with some of the Reebok Dance apparel I snagged as well! If you want an awesome dance shoe that you can wear casually as well, THIS IS YOUR ANSWER!!!!

AWESOME TOP!
I bought this top for a dance class that I teach. I LOVE the double layer, the fit, and color (pink). I haven't given it a go during a workout, but can tell it's gonna do the trick. I have a rather large bust, so the bottom layer is awesome at keeping everything in place. The top layer is a bit flowy so it's great for dance and for covering my problem areas (tummy). With this top I can be assured that I'll get the compression and coolness I desire (thanks to the bottom layer) while also being confident in how I look and feel (thanks to the top layer). Would highly recommend, especially for someone of my similar curvy shape.

Whether you pop, drop, or sway, the Dance Wrap Capri is a great way to accentuate hip movements with confidence. The PlayDry technology helps to wick moisture, while the vibrant curve insert draws the eye in with a smooth pop of color and a feminine sweep.

Average Capri
These aren't the most amazing capris performance wise (I teach a dance class), however, they are extremely comfortable and SOOO very soft to the touch. My only complaint pertains to the capri legs.
The "wrap" detail in the stitching along the right side of the capri makes the bottom portion of the right side fit a little differently than the left. Secondly, the capri legs aren't as long as I'd like. They seem to fall in an awkward place closer to my kneecaps as opposed to the upper calve. When I begin moving or dancing, the bottoms of the capris slightly bunch up beneath my knees. This may not be an issue for some, but I prefer a tighter, more compression type fit that stays put in all areas and doesn't require adjustments throughout a workout. Via a third party vendor, I got these for a significant percentage off. Would not pay full price.
