Engineered with independent, multi-directional nodes, the TrainFlex DC is a lightweight shoe designed to be flexible, yet protective while you train. TrainFlex is built on a low-profile, dual density midsole for added stability when training.
As a lot of the other reviewers have said, this shoe is absolutely reliable and fantastic for all sorts of athletic activity, including crossfit workouts and regular weightlifting workouts. I'm 5'9, 175 lbs, strong build, and wear size 10 1/2. I own a pair of reds, they're extremely light and comfortable, and stylish as well as functional - I've owned them for a couple of days now, but they've been great so far. I tried on the Nano 3.0s, but they were a bit pricey and a little too narrow for my feet in the middle of the shoe. For about $80 though, I couldn't ask for a better all around shoe - Trainflex is not quite, but almost, as stable as the Nanos, but just as flexible and light. Thanks a lot Reebok!
