There is still a fluff of snow hanging around, so I headed to the mall, as these shoes are perfect for shopping. No need to worry about walking through slush in the parking lot, as the foam upper cleans and dries quickly. They are so lightweight that you hardly know you have them on. The foam uppers retain their shape, breathe well, and stay looking new longer, than mesh shoes. The foot bed is supportive, with the textured bottoms lending stability. It's almost like being barefoot, but with the protection of foam wrapping your feet in comfort. After wearing boots all winter, these shoes feel like Spring Break for your feet!

Reebok ONE Cushion Trail
An advanced and rugged running shoe, the Reebok ONE Cushion Trail is designed to maximize comfort and performance for off-road and trail runners with a neutral gait and a strong arch.
These are my new trail shoes, and this is my trail. It is a challenging mixture of tree roots & sand, covered by leaves & pine needles. Occasional downed trees and branches round out the assorted hazards. This beautiful trail runs from my door around the small inland lake that I call home. Stability is very important to me, to avoid injuries. That is the main reason why I rated these shoes so high. The bottoms are aggressive enough to get me through the washouts, but not so much that sticks and stones get stuck in them. Add to that the overall support, and amazing colors - that makes them winners, hands down.
The first time I put this shoe on, I did not want to take it off! It is very comfortable. The back of the shoe does not come up too high on the ankle. The heel is nice and tight so the shoe does not slip. I wear a size 9 wide, so I ordered a 9 1/2 because this does not come in a wide size, and the shoe fits perfectly. The shoe itself is very lightweight, but very supportive. The sole bends easily, but is thick enough that I can't feel the rocks on the gravel forest trail that I live on. When walking or running on paved surfaces, there is so much cushioning, that I feel like I have a spring in my step! It is so worth the money. I would also recommend going up a half size, if your foot is a little wider, or if you like heavier socks.
