NOT CORAL
These shoes were wonderfully light and were very spongy; however they also pinched my foot a little, but it wasn't too bad. Overall I would have kept them if they had actually been coral, but they were straight-up PINK.

A training shoe designed to move and flex with you as you train, with additional support and stability elements to meet the rigors of agility movements. RealFlex Strength TR- is natural movement, perfected.

Not bad but not great either
I was super excited about these shoes at first but then found shortly after putting them on that they just aren't for me. The tread is fairly thick at the heel and then gets very thin from the ball of the foot to the toe, which I hoped would make me stay on the balls of my feet when training since I am a sprinter/hurdler and was looking for more of a minimalist shoe anyway. However it just didn't feel good or natural to me and there was kind of a clumping sound when I walked from when the sole rocked up onto the toe. Also the band that runs across the foot was a little too big so that when I laced them up it was a little bunched up instead of hugging my foot, even if I laced it loosely. Overall they aren't terrible, they just aren't for me.
